Swimming/Wading Pools

Saguaro Canyon residents are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool and the many accommodations that surround the pool. The pool is a feature of the subdivision that is for the mutual enjoyment of all homeowners and their guests. Rules and Regulations do apply such that the pool continues to be an enjoyable place for all. The obligation of enforcing these rules and regulations is largely in the hands of all residents who use or frequent the area. Please report any issues immediately to Erik@SnakeRiverHOA.com or any Board member. Call 911 if extreme emergency.
  • Entrance and exit is by member card-key, intended for Saguaro Canyon residents and guests only.
  • General Pool hours are: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    • 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. is for lap swimming. (lap swimming is defined as one complete length of a straight course, as in a swimming pool.)
  • There is no lifeguard. All children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Call 911 if an extreme emergency is determined.

SAGUARO CANYON POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Be respectful to others using the pool.
  • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY; all persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
  • Hours of operation:
    • Lap (only) swimming 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
    • General hours 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • The pool is for the exclusive use of homeowners who have paid their annual dues within the allotted time frame as stated on the invoice each year. Key cards are not to be “loaned out” at any time. 
  • Homeowners with an active pool card are limited to 3 guests per household with an active pool card.
  • Children, under the age of 13, must be accompanied by an adult homeowner.
  • Proper swim attire and swim diapers (when necessary, for young children) are required.
  • The following is/are NOT allowed in the pool or the pool area:
    • Diving, pushing, shoving
    • Overly large flotation devices
    • Footballs or hard objects
    • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades
    • Pets
    • Glass
    • Smoking or vaping
    • Food, except in the designated “food zone” area

Homeowners: do not hold open the gate to allow others to enter the pool area (piggybacking).
